What you’ll do:

• Develop and oversee care delivery, ensuring all residents receive person-centred, evidence-based care.
• Drive team performance and culture by mentoring, supporting, and developing staff through regular coaching, meetings, and performance reviews.
• Lead and manage the daily operations to ensure alignment with strategic and operational goals.
• Monitor service outcomes and compliance, including care planning, quality indicators, and regulatory standards, reporting regularly to senior management.
• Foster stakeholder relationships, managing resident and family feedback, promoting the facility, and supporting sustainable occupancy and funding.

What you’ll need

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 3/4 years of aged care nursing experience.
• Previous leadership experience, mentoring, and supporting diverse clinical teams.
• Strong working knowledge of clinical systems, infection control, and AN-ACC.
• Solid understanding of compliance within regulated environments (Aged Care Quality Standards).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
